When will my order ship?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. 

Do you accept returns?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a sizing guide. We recommend reviewing it before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally. 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to replace it.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled shortly after purchase. Once production begins, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

Do you offer custom league products?

Not yet but it's something we're working on. Follow us on social media to be the first to know when custom league products become available.
